We require that every new woofer schedules a temperament test before being able to sign up for doggy daycare or boarding. You will sign up for the Temperament Test through the BusyPaws portal. The Temperament Test will be performed at Woof Haven headquarter with Rachael. Once a time is selected, a 1.5 hour block will be scheduled for your woofer's test.

The temperament test consists of 4 stages. Stage 1 is how your dog interacts with a dog across from a fence, on a leash. Stage 2 is how your dog interacts with four individual dogs. Stage 3 is how your dog interacts with five other woofers (small group setting). Stage 4 is how your dog interacts with the entire group.

When signing up for a Temperament Test time, you will be asked to create a Customer and Pet Profile through the BusyPaws Portal.

These profiles allow us to get a better picture of how we can best support your needs and ensure your woofer is set up for success at their new favorite place. Please fill out thoroughly and give as much information as possible.

After your woofer has joined the crew at Woof Haven and been accepted into pack through the Temperament Test, we will send you your Self-Booking BusyPaws Portal Access.

We will also send you our Woof Haven Contract and if applicable, Woof Haven Pickup/Dropoff questionnaire.

Login to the Portal Access and fill out the Woof Haven Contract to access the Self-Booking Portal.

After completely registration, you will then have access to all of the services at Woof Haven. Make sure to add a card on file or leave a note on how you will be paying.

Through the BusyPaws Portal, we will periodically send you updates about your woofer, send you your woofer report card, give you pickup/dropoff information, and information about our upcoming events.
